What is Exotic?

I saw Brave a little while ago. I liked it. Before I saw it I was scared it would be one of those ‘Girl are awesome so we should act like men’ sort of movie. Okay, I learned my lesson. Never judge a movie by its preview.

You that commandment God made? “Honor your Mother and Father.”

Yah….I need to work on that one.

Not only is it in the Old Testament, It’s rephrase in the New:

“Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.” -Ephesians 6:1-3

It’s pretty clear this needs to be followed. How do we honor/respect our parents? (more…)

Father’s Day.

I woke up this morning to my Dad bringing in a ladder. He was vacuuming the high ledges and the high walls. The vacuum hangs by a plant hanger.
